Lead all
Digital and Marketing activities in the assigned country by supporting the team
in maximising revenue, increasing brand awareness, as well as penetration of
the key strategic pillars of corporate revenue, Digital Direct and Loyalty.
Work closely with the Regional team in ensuring the local execution is aligned
with the overall omnichannel strategy adopted by both Regional and Head office
leadership. Provide regional and head office management clear visibility on the
progress and returns of investment for all Digital and Marketing activities,
and supports the Digital and Marketing Manager Regions in planning and
executing activities in the key country market.
Job Accountabilitis
Strategic
Act as the
leading voice of expertise on Digital Direct matters for the assigned country,
providing counsel and local insights to the regional leadership on local
practices that will achieve the best outcomes in the market in terms of brand
awareness, and maximum penetration for corporate revenue, leisure revenue,
Digital Direct, and Loyalty.
Present the
local country perspective to the regional teams that can help shape and improve
the regional execution strategy to reach the assigned ancillary targets
(revenues and attach rates).
Initiate
discussions with potential local partners on collaborations and activities that
are geared towards reinforcing Qatar Airways position in the assigned region.
Be the
country subject matter expert on new and emerging digital payments modes, to
improve and enhance the available forms of payment for Digital Direct with the
end goal of improving QR.com penetration.
Operational
Propose for
the assigned country the required operating budget for the assigned country,
execution plans for Digital and Marketing activities, and monitor the progress
and returns generated.
Support the
Digital and Marketing Manager Regions in achieving the key Digital and
Marketing KPIs for the assigned country, within the agreed cost of sale.
Work jointly
with the Digital and Marketing Manager Regions specifically on Digital and
Marketing action plans that will grow QR’s share of Loyal consumers through marketing
campaigns, tools and technologies
Provide
regular and consistent tracking and monitoring reports for regional and head
office management, including mitigation actions required in the event of any
gaps.
Maintain for
the assigned country a calendar of digital and marketing activities with the
objective of reaching all pre-set KPIs of the region, feeding the plans into
the overall calendar maintained by the regional team.
Act the
primary owner of key KPIs for the assigned country, and monitor daily the
performance of all channels including offline marketing channels and digital
paid, owned and earned for the market.
Track
closely the performance trends of each channel with the help of comprehensive
dashboards and performance tracking tools, and take relevant actions to ensure
the assigned country will achieve the objectives, KPIs.
Manage all
activities related to budgeting, workflows and processes for the assigned
country
Work jointly
with the Digital and Marketing Manager Regions to maintain daily interactions
with Head Office stakeholders in Pricing, Loyalty, CRM, Marketing, Digital and
all other relevant departments.
Propose
efficient media buys for the country and working with the operations HUB to
achieve the needed efficiencies for the region
Continuous
monitoring of competition and pitching of ideas to stay ahead of the curve.
Continuous
Development/Review of Country Media Plans to cater to assigned KPIs
Ensure full
understanding of online attribution modelling and usage of digital tech stack.
Make best
use of the central Martech capabilities for audience segmentation.
Perform
other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of
the Department.
Experience:
Strong
experience required in Marketing as well as Digital.
Previous
positions in a managerial Marketing role is required.
Previous
experience in Digital marketing is essential.
Experience in corporate business acquisition, partnerships and Loyalty marketing is required.
