Job Description:
To ensure the
on-time execution of the Crew Training plan in the Indigo Airlines Crew
Tracking system (AIMS) with high emphasis to roster stability.
The post holder will be key in ensuring utilization of resources efficiently and available crew being qualified.
JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Ensure crew training plans and execute in adherence to DGCA regulations as well as the Indigo Airlines OM-A, OM-D, QRH at planning stage.
Allocate
training resources and activities in line and within manpower targets on a
daily basis to ensure optimal distribution and availability of flying crew to
cover the operations
Maintain
communication with IFLY/IFS/Flt Ops/OCC to ensure smooth execution of the
monthly crew schedules for crew under any form of training. This is crucial in
view of compliance to legality and maintaining the sanctity of published
rosters.
Continuously
track ground, SIM and line training to ensure all qualifications are valid for
available crew.
Ensure crew
remain qualified without loss of productivity through any form of qualification
on conformity
Management of
active and published crew training planning schedules with recovery steps as
necessary when disrupted
Update AIMS as
per communication from IFLY/IFS/Flt Ops for other training needs
Communicate
changes in training activities to concerned crew members within the crew
contact protocol
Plan ad-hoc
training (corrective training, training post long NA etc..) on crew rosters in
the planning phase and/or day of operation, after receiving the training plan
for these individuals from IFLY/IFS/Flt Ops with minimum impact to roster
stability.
Provide feedback to stakeholders on the success of the monthly training plans
Should be comfortable to work in 24*7 shifts
