Job Description
1. Create
and modify documents using Microsoft Office.
2. Type
and process word documents as needed.
3. Perform
general executive duties to include
4. Develop
and maintain an efficient electronic filing system.
5. Maintain
and track requests sent by mail or telephonically by team or Pilot.
6. Assist
with compilation/completion of necessary reports.
7. Maintain
appropriate interpersonal relationships with company employees, department
peers, and visitors.
8. Any
other duties assigned by the Director, Pilot Management/ Sr. Manager / Manager
Pilot Admin
9. Comprehensive
Leave Planning, commencement & implementation of rotation programs with
Pilot Induction and ensure in-depth planning to condense NA days to the
maximum.
10. Effective
and timely Updation of pilot database, DGCA correspondence and MIS Reporting
including seniority list, NA monitoring with suggestive process improvements.
11. Leave
Updation
12. Relocation
updation for permanent as well as temporary relocation along with the
positioning flights
13. Categories
updation for various leave options
14. Identify
the need of base requirement based on planning
15. All
logistical arrangement (duty travel ticket, Hotel accommodation and transport)
to be coordinated with crew logistics and admin services
16. All
Payroll inputs (unpaid sick leave, leave without pay, Not available to fly
etc.) to be shared with HR / payroll on monthly basis
17. NA
cases to be followed with the training department and such cases is to be
advised to HR / Payroll
18. Address
queries from Pilots or other team members of various teams
