Your Role
To build business by identifying potential and selling freight forwarding services; maintaining relationships with clients.Your Responsibilities
- Identify business prospects and evaluating their position in the industry
- To establish and maintain solid relationships with customers to ensure business continuity.
- Pipeline discussion with FA/BM to Establish new business for Pune branch.
- Be well aware of key account SOP and service requirements
- Follow up with customers for payment within agreed Credit timelines
- Prompt response to Customer support Business development
- Support & drive BUFA Initiative
- Achieve KPIs : Tonnage, Account development, Account Profitability
Your Skills and Experiences
- Minimum graduate from a recognised university
- Sound knowledge of Freight Forward industry, inclined towards AIR Logistics
- Excellent Communication Skills
