Job Overview:
Responsible for overall management of IT Infra and Airline Airport IT operations. He/she should also undertake new Projects arising out of System improvement, cost reduction, innovation, or Regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Experienced in IT Operations, IT Infrastructure
Planning (Datacenter Technologies esp. Server & Network Management)
& IT Services Management tool, methods and processes
- Experienced
in Cloud Management and deployment of IaaS, Paas & SaaS Technologies
- Experience
in managing Enterprise Mailing solution and End User Computing
- People
management experience of handling small to medium size teams
- Planning
IT functions, manpower & Budget
- Excellent
knowledge of IT Infrastructure role in Airline and aviation Business
environment
- Well verse
Tools and technologies deployed in front-end depts of an airline
- Experience
in managing experience with SITA. ARINC & RESA CUPPS/BRS Systems
- Strong
exposure to at least one Passenger Service System (PSS)
- Exposure
of IT automation Projects in Flight Operations, Engineering and Cargo
- Strong
Project Management exposure in managing Self Service Passenger
facilitation Projects
- Experience
in setting up IT systems at International locations for airline operations
- Excellent
vendor management, procurement processes, SLA management,
- Project
Management Experience, Develop or update project plans which would include
information such as project objectives, technologies, systems, information
specifications, schedules, funding, and staffing
- Excellent
customer management skills, remote user management
- Excellent
troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Prepare to
contain and handle high Severity incidents when occurs in a 24x7
environment
