Work Experience:
Overall working experience of at least 7 years in the
aviation industry
Minimum 2 years' experience as a DGCA approved SEP
instructor
Qualification:
Graduate from a recognized university
DGCA approved SEP instructor
Job Overview:
Development and maintenance of documents ensuring
compliance for the Cabin Safety Training Department. Deliver high
standards of Safety Training, corresponding with the Cabin Crew Training
Manual, SEP Manual and DGCA requirements and assist the CSTM (HOD) and liaison
with DGCA when required.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the department is compliant with various
International/ National organizations like the IOSA, DGCA or as applicable
Maintain current knowledge of rules and regulations,
policies and procedures for the operations of aircraft and ensure that they
conform to regulatory requirements
Ensure delivery of SEP training as per set agenda and
standards on obtaining the DGCA approvals
Managing, monitoring and upgrading the
department/training manuals.
Ensure an auditing and recording system is maintained for
all regulatory requirements and all operations conform to DGCA requirements
Ensure smooth functioning of the Safety, Security and
Quality system within the area of responsibility
